Walmart Canada introduced its first hydrogen fuel cell truck from Nikola, aiming for a fully green fleet by 2028. This is part of Walmart’s $3.5 billion plan to boost sales and deliveries with green tech. The Nikola truck, with a 500-mile range, supports Walmart’s zero emissions goal by 2040. New distribution centers in British Columbia and Ontario will enhance operations and support the electric fleet. Walmart also ordered 130 electric tractors from Tesla.
